We aim to keep to five simple steps when developing a web page.

Designed

Our first step is to create a design brief for your web site. On our first meeting (or phone conversation if meeting is not possible) we discuss your plans, gather your requirements, and negotiate a price. We then design your website and present it to you in the form of storyboard - a graphical representation of your website.

Agreed

When the design is finalised, we gather your feedback and also seek your agreement to continue with development. If you are satisfied with the progress made, we will continue with the project. All we ask at this point is a deposit.

Developed

We proceed with the development of functionality, interface and look n' feel etc. of your website, constantly keeping in touch with you and auctioning your every needs. You may see the real-time progress on our servers anytime.

Delivered

When all agreed functionality is developed, you may test your website while it is still on our servers. After receiving the remaining balance, we deliver your full website code, graphics and database.

Supported

Our standard support includes:

Installation of your website on your chosen server (providing that server is compatible);
Removal of any bugs and security issues encountered within one year after the solution is shipped;
25% off the hosting price for the first year should you choose to host your web site with us.

Our extended support includes minor changes/updates in interface and/or functionality, content management, and even total web site administration. Price for extended support varies from £25 to £250 per month and is discussed individually.
